the hotel's location made it easy to reach bryggen. our family enjoyed the family twin room. the beds were comfortable, and the showers had strong water pressure. i found the breakfast spread excellent (the selection was extensive). i could get a packed lunch.

the car park was not close, and i did not receive a discount.

I was disappointed to find the air conditioning didn't work properly (it barely cooled the room). also, the shower had inconsistent water temperature. It fluctuated between hot and cold with no warning. this.

the hotel is centrally located. the light rail from the airport is a short walk away. the harbour and most tourist attractions are easily accessible (about 2-5 minutes). the breakfast buffet offered many options including vegan and vegetarian choices.

The room temperature was difficult to adjust. It remained quite warm despite attempts to regulate it.

breakfast was seriously next level. A total surprise!! the staff are super friendly, very helpful. the location is perfect, right in the city center. we could easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. it made exploring so convenient.

the room did not have an opening window, but there seemed to be air conditioning, and it wasn't working. i asked the receptionist twice to lower the temperature, and they said it was controlled centrally. it was still hot and stuffy in the room.
